"the resort is beautiful and the staff are polite and generous. the food at breakfast is great. in home dining is low quality cooking but still high priced. once anything breaks it takes a long time for anyone to fix. 6 days and they still didnt fix the jacuzzi, the indoor pool is 28 degrees although they promise higher. on the whole it is an excellent resort due to the staff but maintenance is bad. the resort is far from the main attractions so pools and amenities should be taking care of."

The view from our suite's balcony was gorgeous, and the hotel management truly went out of their way to make sure we had everything we wanted - both in the hotel and even outside the hotel with things like getting the very best with restaurants/transportation. "Breakfast had the best variety I have ever seen. The room had everything I needed including a toothbrush which was great when mine broke. The spa looked great but I arrived too late to take advantage. The beach is right outside, I imagine in the summer it is lovely. It is small shingle stones so you may need some footwear. Staff were friendly and helped booking a proper taxi to the airport (€7). "
