"Quite rude/ judgmental front desk and other staff. Also the bigger issue is that we were not notified prior to arrival that all the hotel restaurant facilities were completely shut down due to some large private group booking. Not even room service was available to get a hamburger or any type of food at all. We arrived quite late at like 9:30pm after a very long day of 5 hrs of driving and specifically had selected the hotel due to a highly rated restaurant/spa/gym. If someone had thought it...

"Hotel was in a great location. Short walk into town to go to restaurants/ bars in Zabljak. 30 minute drive to or hike in dormitor national park. Staff was friendly and very helpful, especially Alexander. Breakfast buffet was huge and delicious."

Dinner was good but relative to local restaurants very expensive (cost about 2.5 times what we paid on the second evening at a local restaurant for a large multi dish dinner). Great accommodation with perfect location for visiting the beautiful Dormitor Mountains for our short trip. "This property has everything you could ask for, it is surrounded by pine trees, fields with a backdrop of snow capped mountains. There is parking right outside. You have a porch with seating and Mountain View’s. Inside you have a lovely big sofa and tv, the kitchen area is very well stocked with lots of appliances from toasted sandwich maker to pancake pans. The coffee machine is a nescafé Dulce gusto machine, they gave us 4 pods for 3 nights so not enough. You will have to buy some if staying...

The location was perfect for us - 3km walk into the town centre and 4km to the black lake on an easy well marked route.
