"Breakfast staff had an employee on one of the days that was compulsively rude and needed to be told several different times to leave our family alone. This resulted in that staff member spraying tables down and making sure the spray was hitting our family and food at the tables. Tried talking with management was told by a person at the desk they would talk to the employee. Submitted a complaint and received nothing back 6 days later. "

"Went there for a staycation specifically for our kids, pool was a death trap they had tile so if a child ran they would have slipped, cut up terrace in the pool where toddler could cus themselves if they grabbed it, property was disgusting. Beds everywhere in the hall ways. It was tweaker central. And we had canceled didn’t even stay there more than 30 minutes, went to another total, hotel never checked us out and canceled it so they were trying to pull each night out almost $400 they tried to pull from our accounts for 1 night? Will never be staying there again. "

"I didn’t give 5 stars because I did not utilize any amenities, so I can not say how they were. But people were in the pool, it seemed very clean when I looked at it.
And also the mirror lights did not work, I told the front desk and she stated that they knew a few mirror lights did not work but had new ones ordered and would be replaced, so they are on top of maintenance! I would definitely stay here again! I stayed here for a conference held at a near by hotel."
