Comfortable stay

The lovely front desk staff is awesome as she assisted us for early check-in and helped me to rejuvenated after a quick nap. For sure I'll revisit again.

The idea to manage electricity supply for refrigerator in the room is briliant. Those who need the fridge service have to turn on manually. This will eliminate waste and an eco-friend approach.

Overall it's great hotel. Quiet room. Only 2 lift for a 10 floor building can get busy at time. Would be great if there's more choice of food for breakfast.

Advertised as Breaksfast for 2 BUT...

I had a very bad stay experience due to the breakfast issues. I invited my local friend for the Hotel breakfast which i am aware that i made the booking with 2 breakfast included. However, the Hotel counter argue on this and need me pay another pax. The reason given was i should put 2 adults stay instead of one for the booking. If you guys read the advestisement it shown breakfast for 2 for the price. Also, the reciept of hotel.com did not give a full details of my booking regarding the breakfast..which made the arguement got worsen. Bad stay anyway....beware guys when you do hotel booking next time...disappointed.

I am happy with the hospitality and the fruits and drink ms it’s really helping me everyday. -Things could be better if there is a quiet refrigerator, as it’s noisy when the compressor cut off. -It will be great if the shower handle holder could able to hold the shower handle. -The bed sheet is comfortable but mattress has uneven spring, which has caused my back ache.

Reliable Stay in Bintulu

When coming to Bintulu this is always a good choice to stay. Some rooms seem to have been recently renovated, which is also a good sign. Has on-site access to local mall.

Btw, hotel staff should alert on mouse at the lobby. Encounter little thing when i was waiting for my transport to bintulu port at 5am in the morning...

Comfortable and Value added Hotel

Cozy and comfortable room. Location may not be near to the new township but it depends on where you want to go. There may not be many things to do at night around the hotel though.

ホテルとショッピングモールが直結しているため雨に濡れることもなく必要なものが直ぐに揃いました。モール内には床屋もあり、ホテルの周りにはランドリーまであるので全く不便がありませんでした。

Nice Hotel

This the second timeI stay here. The 1st time is better. Overall is good. Just that the the last time bed is more comfort than this time. TV channel is limited. The drinks is more than enough. If this hotel got a swimming pool and chill out drink area it will be perfect.

Quite ok.. Only i have a problem with the air-conditioned.. Not cold at all even when i have put to the highest cold temperatures... Another thing the breakfast menu everyday the same and to salty... Quite boring also eat the breakfast menu sometimes.. Not much choice.... But so far all is ok for me.
