The room was large and comfortable. The self check-in process was slightly confusing however, we were able to figure it out. It was very quiet at night. We definitely recommend this motel.

Clean and updated room. Sweet staff. Quiet location with beautiful views. Loved it. Next time I will get a room with a kitchen bc there are not a lot of places to eat nearby.

Cute and very private room. Plenty of room, which was nice after some of the very small rooms we've stayed in at other places. Comfortable bed, and we appreciated the table and chairs. The stairs could be a challenge for some, so it might be good to check with the person booking before assigning this room. I'm a tea drinker, so I would have loved a way to prepare a cup in the morning!

I love that they sent you your room number and a code to get in. It was nice to just drive up and go right in your room. The rooms were very spacious. I would highly recommend this motel

The room with 2 queen beds was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The motel is pet friendly. No fast food restaurants around. Excellent BBQ Restaurant at the rapid place just up the road. Grocery store across from BBQ Restaurant. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

I would definitely stay here again. Whoever remodeled this building did everything right and the housekeeping staff does an excellent job. Skip all the others and stay here. You won’t be disappointed. The is no staff on sight but you have contact info. This might bother some people but we had no issues at all. The people in this area were all super nice as well. I’ll go back again someday.

The newly renovated double queen room was spacious and very comfortable. There is a large counter with a microwave, fridge, Keurig and even a toaster! Wendy was very helpful. The location is great! The motel is directly across from the Kennebec River and within walking distance to a grocery store and several options for a good meal. There is nothing fancy in Bingham. The friendly residents and the access to great outdoor activities make it a wonderful place for a relaxing getaway!

They overbooked their motel. There's no front desk so if you have an issue then you'll have to call and leave a message or message them thru the link they send you with your key code. Check in is 3pm and since everything is digital, the door key pad won't open your door until 3 (that's how you check in ..by opening your door). Clean, spacious, updated, comfy bed. Except my shower had little water pressure. Not a deal breaker. Perfect location for trail riding. Restaurant, grocery, gas, and 201 Powersports are right next door. We had a big group....8 rooms. 2 parties were screwed out of their rooms for one night. They overbooked the place.
