"Enttäuschung. Viele negative Überraschungen in der Unterkunft. Als erstes gibt es keine Parkmöglichkeit neben der Ferienwohnung, obwohl dies in der Beschreibung versprochen wurde. Wir mussten uns einen Parkplatz in der Nähe suchen und teilweise dafür zahlen. Die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert, allerdings tropfte sie ständig, es wurde einfach ein Eimer druntergestellt. "Preis-Leistung super Wir hatten eine Wohnung zu dritt. Mit einem Doppelbett und einer Schlafcouch. Diese war im dritten Stock und leicht über den Aufzug zu erreichen. Psrkplätze gibt es immer ausreichend unter den Häusern im EG oder außenrum unter den Bäumen (immer schattig). Die Wohnung wurde erst vor kurzem renoviert, Küchenzeile und Bad waren neu. Alles war sauber. Klimaanlage hat immer funktioniert und war sehr leise. Müllbeutel bekommt man beim einchecken. In der Wohnung sind Besteck und...

"The place they put me in was not the place I paid for. I was supposed to stay in the saturno, but they put me in another place called Stella polare. It was dirty, with cobwebs everywhere and probably hadn't been used in months. The shower was broken, stove didn't work, and a whole host of other issues, including no wifi - they said I should go to the beach for that. The following morning they did fix some of the issues, and I got an explanation as to why they didn't put me in the saturno, which is what I paid for. It was some sort of flooding or water problem. Why not just explain that to me when I checked in? Why not just give me options? I believe I overpaid for what I stayed in."
