Will never stay here again. This is a dirty filthy hotel that is unhygienic and unbelievably below standard amenities that are definitely not five star rated. I have attached pictures of a cubicle in the ladies washroom near their MoMo restaurant that had toilet rolls on a pile of dirt. The bedsheet in our room had blood stains and we could see broken water tank and scrap metals outside the window, enjoying the the so called “Courtyard View”. The staff was very apologetic and the Manager, Shivam, did his best to make our stay comfortable by offering an upgrade. Another associate, Kanchan, kept checking on us but what can a handle of people do if some staff are not doing their jobs well. Also pay attention to the walls and doors of the cubicles in the washroom, you will get railway station feel for free. The door leading to the kitchen from the breakfast area is also extremely dirty from regular touching by staff. Common guys clean up the facility or don’t classify yourself as a FIVE star. You are a 3 star or below.

Great staff and service overall, a very helpful female staff member arranged a shredder for heaps of confidential docs, we waited 45 minutes but all done successfully. Highly recommended. We were extending our stay, but my husband confused the dates and the hotel were understanding about the situation after I made a few calls and rectified things as a goodwill gesture. Would stay here again
