"Although it is not 5 star hotel, their service is better than many 5 stars hotel. Attentive and caring. They are always there when you need help. Their rooms are clean and comfortable. They handled any complaints or feedback efficiently."
"A lovely little hitel a bit of the main road so no noise. Very comfortable rooms and good water temperature at all times. Good breakfast choices. Great food we were very tired each day so ate in house.
Dining room staff were very helpful and the food was wonderful.
Reception staff including a lady we thought might be in xharge were very cheerful and very helpful.
Finally the door guy was super helpful aiding with getting auto rickshaws and assisting me with steps.

"The stay was nice but, what's nicer was the staff. All the staff on front desk was very helpful. My friend's nose pin got accidently stuck in wash basin and they guys called the plumber and made sure that she gets that back. How rarely you find such nice people.
