"Amazing family-friendly hotel with an impressive attention to details from decoration to experience! Nice and clean rooms with good air-conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room. Good kitchen with dishwasher - the hotel provides tablets. Downsides are only 4 chairs inside although the room accommodates 6 persons. The bathroom was a bit dark, could need brighter lighting. Outdoor terrace was great with table and grill for barbeque - you need to bring your own coal.
Very attentive and helpful staff when we had problems with the TV and missed a sunshade on the terrace. Free parking. Great that the hotel provides free shuttle (large golf car) to the beach.
Awesome pirate themed water park! We think it's better suited for families with children up to 12 years due to that it's not very large and the slides are not many or tall. NB. they require special bathing wear - swimsuit, bikini or swimming trunks, no swim shorts. At the day of check-out you're allowed to stay in the water park while the hotel stores your luggage.
In all, great hotel with great service - we'd be delighted to come back!"
"We spent a night at The Prison. It was quite the experience. An actual prison transformed into a high end hotel. While we loved everything about the Hotel itself, we weren't crazy about our room. Actually the bathroom was the low point. It's open concept, meaning the shower is a hand held 3 or 4 ft off the ground. So you have to hold shower wand, get wet, turn off water, soap up, turn on water, rinse off, turn off shower, or everything gets wet. It is for that reason there are no spaces to put anything. No hooks, no counter tops. Nothing. Extremely minimal. I want shelves and counter tops and hooks and places to plant my stuff. The bedroom fan did not work, we had to stand on the very comfy bed to give it a push to get it going. Also very austere. I get it, its a prison. Its edgy and all in all a spectacular place to stay for one or 2 nights, but if you want to unpack and settle in, not happening.
There is a pool but very few of the rooms are air conditioned. The petit dejeuner was good but minimal, the restaurant closed during our stay. There are prison cells turned into bedrooms, cool places to walk and many a reminder this was an actual prison. All really cool. We loved the artwork."
"This hotel is very well maintained with quite new equipment in the kitchen. AC was great in that period and easy to set up and modify according needs.
Bed was great and bathroom was large.
The hotel is well located about 15-20 min walking fistyto main city attraction.
The breakfast was classic but enough. Staff was very professional and great. I definitely recommend this hotel in Béziers"
"Loved the staff and hotel! Excellent location with easy access to restaurants and shops - very central to all things Beziers! Quintin and his colleagues at the front desk are amazing and he went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The only thing missing from the room was a small fridge- but the staff soon found a work around for this. Will definitely stay again!"
