"It was not disability friendly. I was told that I could not take a rented mobility scooter back there. There was a language barrier as not many of the staff spoke English. Hotel was incorrectly publicised as a bar and restaurant with full continental breakfast. When in fact there was no bar, no full breakfast just cereals and scrambled or boiled eggs on toast. No restaurant, the room was only used for breakfast. Will never go back there again!"

"TBH the location and staff is amazing. The biggest problem is the property itself. I am not a difficult person, I can tolerate broken fan, terrible WiFi, falling curtains (which all happened within 10 mins of my arrival, now I look back it might be a sign) because the staff tried their best to help with these issues.
