The rooms were quiet and clean. There is no pool or fittness center and didnt see any sign of a resturaunt on site. The Contenential breakfast was a pancake machine and the choice of rice crispies or frosted flakes cereal. Overall if you just need a place to sleep before moving on you should be good here.

The desk clerk and the cleaning staff are very polite and attentive when I needed some extra towels or something they were right there they answered my questions. There was always fresh coffee and the lobby the only thing would suggest, is possibly having some fruit or maybe bacon or sausage or some kind of breakfast meat for the breakfast. And perhaps a vending machine on each floor. Otherwise everything was great peace and quiet clean. Will definitely plan to go back sometime

I liked it. If only Ramada could remodel it.

Everything with the hotel was excellent. It’s just sad that the property is older. Everything worked, comfy bed, super hot water. It just would be wonderful if the hotel could be remodeled. I knew nothing of the area, but it was safe and very quiet when I was there.

For $60/night we got a clean, quiet and comfortable room which was the most important thing for us. But the property is dated and a bit run down. The free continental breakfast was embarrassing….only bread, waffle mix and stale cereal. I was at least expecting fruit and oatmeal and maybe a few other things so that was disappointing.

Budget friendly hotel

Bed is comfy, bathroom need to fix the door have alot of patches bathtub have blackmold. Tv not working ,the lamp don"t have charger for the phone I forgot to bring my plug, its not noise control room I can hear nextdoor noise and foothstep .I woke up from sleep I though someone wants to try to open our door its scary!. Breakfast is not bad i love the coffee ,

Perfect hotel for sleeping.

The hotel building does have good bones. The heating unit was whisper quit. The Amazon TV system is impossible to figure out. Only was able to find one local station. But had a choice of 9 NYC stations. Had to sign into accounts to watch anything. Continental breakfast was there. But not exciting.

Dirty overall. Check in process super slow. Shower and bath tub didn't work. Room smelled unclean. Just a gross place to stay. There's a reason it's super cheap. Pay for a better place you'll be glad you did.

The staff was pretty good prompt and attentive. I did find it odd i had to put a deposit down even though it was paid online. This was the first time.for me. This hotel has potential but will not succeed unless the owners invest in deep.cleaning and bedding upgrades. It felt.like an 80s model.spring.mattress. carpets needs cleaning and thier maintenance staff is not.good all the toilet rocked side to side simple.fix. and alot of the equipment i seen was outdated. The coffee machine tasted like burnt coffee from last week. I hope they choose to update this property.

Had to use a phone left on the check-in desk to let someone to come down to get us check-in. The women that showed up sloppy dressed, coughing Only spoke when needed. Morn was okay but not like Ramada of the old days parking lot was littered. The upside was the room was clean beds were fine. Worth what we paid and needed. Morning staff member told us to leave the keys on the counter. She was well kept and very friendly

The evening front desk person did not know how to handle the e fact that they did not have the room available that we had reserved and paid for. Not sure what they’re allowed to do but offering two rooms since they didn’t have the right room would have been a quick fix. She also didn’t have the authority to refund our money so we have to wait until Monday. Expedia customer care did a great job and was very responsive. We needed rebooking for two rooms. Cheaper too. Hotel is not well cared for or cleaned unfortunately. Convenient location for our road trip but would not return. Morning desk staff was very pleasant.

I enjoyed the staff. She was very friendly. The one that checked me in the air didn’t get very cool in there so it was kind of stuffy and I ended up having a bloody nose. I don’t know if there was mold in the room that was under paint or what but or maybe the air filter needs to be changed I did love the fridge raider freezer. That was a great bonus because I left my water ice cold. I was really disappointed in the breakfast. I thought there might’ve been some fresh fruit or yogurt, but it was just waffles, toast cereal, Coffee, orange juice and apple juice. Also my TV was not clear. It was fuzzy looking so I didn’t watch TV. I’m glad I brought my iPad. I’m not sure if I’ll stay here again or not.

The process of checking in was efficient and effortless. Upon arrival to my room, i noticed there was mold in the bathtub and a roach came from the sink drain. I had a hold on my card, so i was unable to just check out and be able to check into another hotel due to these issues. I notified the staff and they said housekeeping would take care of it while i was away running errands. I came back to the room and there were no bugs, but there was still mold in the tub, untouched. So, being the clean person that i am, i sprayed it down with bleach and let it sit for a while to resolve that issue. Over the course of my stay other issues arrived, which is understandable, but the lack of communication and accountable between the staff was what drew the line for me. The guest dryer was broken and i was told by the male staff member that they would dry my clothes in the staff laundry room for the inconvenience. When i came to the front desk for the next shift, they had no idea what the male staff was talking about, so i ended up having to go to a laundry mat. There were several nights/days in which the hot water in the room was not working. I notified staff and the issue was resolved after a few days. I work long shifts and to come to my room with no hot water to shower was a huge inconvenience. On the day of check out, i asked for a late check out to bridge the gap between the check in time for the hotel that i transferred to. I would not return to this hotel due to the inconvenience.

Property requires a $100 security deposit on top of the rental rates. This is NOT shown on Expedia's website. The deposit was returned but it took two days for it to post on my credit card. Expedia needs to include this information for every lodging requiring a security deposit. When about to check out, I advised the receptionist of this. When I was ready to check out about five minutes later, the receptionist was nowhere to be found! Not acceptable!! I took a picture of the door key I left at the hotel along with the deposit notice on the counter. On the plus side, the room was decent enough although the shower head and diverter valve need to be replaced. Also, no hair dryer was provided. The big allure to this place was the room rate shown on Expedia's website. The ice machine on the ground floor was inoperative; I had to go to the 3rd floor for the only working unit at this property. In summary, the unavailability of the receptionist when I checked out and shoddy maintenance left a negative impression of this place. Also, requiring a security deposit is stooping way low for a Ramada. I would recommend avoiding this property for these reasons.
