"Had to wait for staff to check in, but once someone got there it was fine.
My room didn’t have regular coffee pods and I didnt notice. Lobby coffee wasn’t out before 5 am when I had to leave so that was sad.
They checked in via text mid day, I told them I need regular coffee and they had some in my room by the time I got back that evening.
All in all pleasant experience. It felt clean and safe."
"The room was spacious and very clean. Nice big cable tv, refrigerator and safe. Only thing that could have made it better is if there was a microwave in the room. Check-in agent was very friendly, informative and quick. The checkout agent could have been a little bit friendlier. Self park was very easy and $30 a night. My rate had free breakfast which ended up being $10 credit per person to the Brown Bag restaurant at the hotel. Food was delicious!"
"Spacious room. However, it had a terribly dirty feel and smell to it. Bathroom smelled like excrement, rusty shower. The sink had hairs, it had clearly hadn’t been cleaned up prior to our check-in. Thermostat was not working, instead there was a very old system that took forever to “cool down “ a bit. Also, the elevator in the property was not working and I had to pay an extra $20 for parking."
"The garage parking is way too small and dead ends with little room to turn around. Hotel was very clean and close to Metro stop. No room service. Brekfast at hotel okay but nothing soecial. "
