"We were given room keys and when we went into the room, it hadn’t been cleaned. The beds were messed up and trash was still left on the dressers. We immediately went back out to the front desk and Katherine apologized and moved us to a different room. When we went in to that room, it appeared clean but the bathroom sink was full of dirty water. Katherine came in and fixed it immediately. "The room was ok, no tissues, no iron, no ice machine, no microwave, not a good tv, hallway rug very dirty, very poor washcloths and towels and a bug in the bathroom. We will not be staying there again!"
