"Firstly, chief engineer Matt was FANTASTIC in trying to remedy our pain. Unfortunately it was apparent the Grand Wyndham is running itself into the ground and not being maintained. We had three different rooms where we experienced faulty HVAC, missing shower curtains, towels, leaking faucets and furniture littered with stains (including the seat covers used to hide to stains on the original)."
