"This is the third time my girlfriend and I have stayed at the Verb. Every time was a perfect 10 experience. VIP trailers are so fun! Pool is awesome in summer or winter. Staff is always VERY friendly and accommodating. Location is clutch. I live 10 mins away, and have stayed 3 times just because it’s so fun, and there are so many great bars and restaurants within close walking distance. Keep up the good work!!"

"I had a great stay and can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Everything was smooth, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made the stay easy and stress-free. I especially want to call out the valet team. I managed to lose my valet ticket, and instead of making it a hassle, they handled it with patience and kindness and got everything sorted out quickly. It could’ve been stressful, but they made it a non-issue. Excellent service all around. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation."

"I was relocated to a different property about a mile away with...not great communication. That is, no one told me that I was staying somewhere different than the location I booked, the check-in text just had a different address listed. I realized this on the ride over to the location, but showed up to the original address since I wasn't really sure what was going on. Spoke to someone who said I was relocated due to some sort of issue; she was fairly rude. Ok, whatever. Anyway, I have pretty low standards for cleanliness, comfort, etc., but this was well below my already low bar. Think "worse than a crappy hostel." The guy overseeing the property was nice enough, though, so shout out to him."
