The hotel did find another available accommodation with a different property in another town and drove our party there - however would have to pay all over again, and none of the amenities important to us. The staff was not friendly and also could not communicate with Expedia. They ended up ensuring some kind...

"Very stylish small hotel with great breakfast (homemade marmalade was great). The owners are very friendly, helpful and a great source of local knowledge. Dinner was way better than expected - the locally sourced smoked trout was as good as I have had anywhere."
