"Doors don’t have a “do not disturb/please clean my room sign” so it makes things a bit challenging at times, as the cleaning window is very large.
The staff does not smile (important for me as customer facing) and some don’t even say hello or hello back.
There are two lifts in this hotel, one of them never worked during my stay (April 2026) and for one day, neither of them worked.
The WiFi is unstable, which is important to keep in touch with loved ones or upload your pictures on a Cloud before they disappear (which happened to me).
