"Perfekte Lage, überwiegend sehr gutes Personal und sehr aufmerksam beim Buchungsprozess. Deutliche Abstriche bei der Bewirtung vor Ort. Die Lobby lädt nicht zum Verweilen ein. Die Bars haben sehr schwierige Öffnungszeiten, die nicht mal eingehalten werden. Wir wurden eine Stunde vor Schluß am Montag bei voller Bar zum Verlassen aufgefordert. Das entspricht nicht dem Standard aus meiner Sicht. Wir kommen trotzdem wieder."

Staff are exeptional, the building is immaculate -- as always, I've been going here for 13 years.
The breakfast & food is superb, as is the gin bar & restaraunt.
Receptionists are great, avaialble and experts in welcoming & helping you.
The upgraded wing is just outstanding.

"I stayed here for 5 nights on my trip to Berlin and was absolutely delighted with the hotel. The room was beautiful, everything was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Excellent location to S-Bahn and U-Bahn and there’s a direct train service (RE8) that runs from the Zoologischer Garten station to the airport which was super convenient."
"Staff très pro, chambre bien equipée ( the, rooibos, cafe nespresso, savon, shampoing et creme hydratante). Bar ouvert jusqu à 1h du matin. Super spa avec terrasse exterieur ( hammam, sauna, piscine interieur spacieuse, vestiaire avec douche individuel fermée, peignoir, serviette, seche cheveux, shampoing, démêlant, savon). Sachez que vous utiliser les espaces de l hotel ( bar, spa, salon ) apres le checkout."
