"We had a very pleasant stay at pullman berlin. Everything was great besides spa closing time which is set at 9pm. Could be extended to 10-11pm so the guests arriving late could use the amenities to get some relax after a long trip. Breakfast was great, also a cook on the shift making dishes as requested on the spot. I advise everyone to come and check it out. The elevators are really slow tho. "
"I have been coming to this property for 20 years. It is going through a major renovation, and the rooms seem more cohesive throughout the property. They have all the standards, but recently added a nespresso machine to each room which is great. Gone are the mini bars, but the refrigerator stayed which is great for having your own snacks and drinks.
It will be interesting to see how they complete the common areas. It’s in such a great location!"
"The location was walkable to my friend's apartment. The breakfast every morning was spectacular!! The rooms were quiet, clean, modern, the bedding I absolutely loved and took a picture of the label to hopefully buy a comforter:). The only odd thing was not all the staff spoke English--forward facing staff like the front desk and restaurant--even simple stuff like can I take a roll to go LOL"
"Ho pernottato in questo hotel qualche giorno. Stanza comodissima, letto king size, bagno ok. La colazione super, con pietanze cucinate al momento, se volevi a disposizione anche il prosecco. Vicino allo zoo la zona è magnifica con negozi, centro commerciale e tutti i mezzi di trasporto per muoversi da e nella città. È a disposizione dei clienti una sala fitness e una piscina. Consigliatissimo."
