This property was fantastic. The communication we received before, during and after our stay was great. So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!

Great experience. So simple, just how I like it.

Kitchen had everything we needed, including washing up supplies, oil, salt, sugar and a bean-to-cup coffee machine with beans. The bedrooms were spacious, with plenty of storage and the bathroom was stocked with hair/shower gel and had a washing machine. One improvement would be - we booked the apartment for 4, and there were only 3 bath towels, but our younger son used a small towel instead, so wasn't the end of the world. The location was perfect - lovely, more local area, not full of...

Very nice accommodation. Access was a breeze even with our late arrival due to their key lockers at the front door. Close to u6 underground line so travel to and from city centre very easy.

excellent coffee and croissants available each morning! Also, a great location - we were able to walk everywhere. we arrived after reception was closed and the code for the key safe wasn't included in our instructions for out-of-hours entry. However, a quick call to the emergency number soon resolved the problem.

Great location, great quality, amd comfy bed!

Stayed in the Schoenhouse apartments for 3 nights and it was just perfect ,well located about 10 minutes walk to the TV tower which incidently costs 13 euros per adult and has to be pre-booked! about 40 minutes walk to the Reichstag again this has to be prebooked but entry is free ,Taxi from Tegel airport took about 20 minutes and was 24 euros .Staff were very friendly and helpful and also spoke English ,very unfussy place ,laid back modern accomodation ,spacious and clean ,although not cleaned...

A very spacious, comfortable, well equipped, clean apartment. The heating was set perfectly, we were cosy after long walks around the city. The location was excellent, shops, restaurants and transport all within a 5 minute walk. Advice for future guests, bring shampoo, soap, toilet paper, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee etc, none of these basics are provided, nor indeed were they advertised as being provided. I would highly recommend.

Great location. A bit of noise from nearby s bahn but otherwise perfect. Good value.

Great location, accessible, & spacious.

Quiet, Clean lots of cafes and restaurants of reasonable to good quality but also small shops/supermarkets nearby, if you want to grab snacks or a pint of milk and some bread & cheese. Google map tells you to go to Warschauer Str on S bahn line 5, 7 or 75 which is just 10-12 minutes walk, but there is a station nearer about 4 minutes walk. This however may need a change of train depending on which direction you're travelling to/from. In a hot summer (over 28 degrees C) not sure the air...

Nice spacious room in a fairly quiet area right off the KuDamm.

Really nice apartment next to a big supermarket for your shopping. Very helpful, welcoming and friendy fenale at the front desk. Wish I'd stayed longer but was only a brief visit this time. Next time i am in Berlin I'll come back here.
