Great Berlin Option!

Great hotel, area is very quiet but easy to get to mainland Berlin. A lot of small shopping options for diner overnight or to shop for a small family.

I was there four days, and at no point did anyone come to straighten up, change towels. The room was extremely cold, so I had to just leave the air off in order to feel comfortable. Doubt I’ll make this mistake again when I travel to Berlin next.

Bei der Anreise waren zwei Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption die kein Deutsch Sprachen und mich nicht verstehen konnten. Auch den Computer konnten Sie nicht bedienen. Mir wurde eine Summe genannt, die ich bezahlen sollte obwohl ich alles bereits im Voraus bezahlt habe. Außer die Kurtaxe war noch zu begleichen. Knapp 20€ sollte ich bezahlen. Habe noch gefragt warum es so teuer in Berlin ist. Antwort: es gibt ein Pauschalpreis pro Zimmer und habe es nicht weiter hinterfragt. Bei Abreise habe ich das Express auschecken genutzt. Nach Abreise erhielt ich eine Rechnung über 16€ für die Nurzung des hoteleigenen Parkhauses, obwohl ich dieses nicht genutzt habe. Jetzt habe ich mehrmals im Hotel angerufen und auch Mails geschrieben, dass ich die fehlerhafte Summe zurückgebucht haben möchte und niemand reagiert. Kundenservice sieht für mich anders aus.

Zimmer prima! Bis man aber dorthin gekommen ist, war es ein weiter Weg. Check-In mit 7 Zimmern hat 30 Minuten gedauert - ohne Warteschlange. Check-out war absolut inakzeptabel, fast eine Stunde. Unfassbar komplizierte Rechnungsstellung, jedes Zimmer musste einzeln abgerechnet werden, trotz vorab geschickter und vorliegender Kostenübernahmeerklärung. Sprachbegabung des Personals denkwürdig.

Nicht die üblichen Premierinn Standards. Das Hotel ist von innen und außen sehr alt und heruntergekommen. Die Zimmer und der Empfang sind zum Teil renoviert. Es ist sehr hellhörig. Die Klimaanlage im 4. Stock hat nicht funktioniert. Die Fenster ließen sich maximal kippen. Unerträgliche Hitze im Zimmer.
