This hotel was a great deal. I was coming to Berlin for Pride week. I was surprised I could find a room. The high ratings and the package price (with airfare) sold me. It is clean and efficient. It’s not very centrally located, but there is an S-bahn stop just steps away from the hotel.

The front desk did lose a small item of mine I asked them to refrigerate but they offered to replace it. Loved my stay, loved the location, short walk to S bahn which opens up the whole city to you. They cleaned my room every day, even if I left after noon. My only complaint would be that there is no mini fridge in the room which would have helped with meds and drinks.

This was an incredible find. The property is perfectly suited for modern travelers, but within walking distance of some very unique culture. The staff however, is the shining star. From the front desk to the café. Everyone was wonderful and helpful and we will only go back to this hotel in Berlin.

Convenient, chic and modern room

Good location just opposite to S-Bahn. Clean and minimalist room with toys available. Free drinks if no need for room cleaning service. The Gorilla bakery on the other side of the road is superb and cannot be missed.

Dishonest and Non-Responsive Management

Very disappointing. Paid for a queen bed and was given two twins. The hotel otherwise would be great for the value.
