Value for money, near public transport, lots of shops and restaurants nearby, clean room. Room temperature hard to adjust and too warm and stuffy. Walls roughly surfaced and bruised my skin as I brushed against it.

This was by far the most disappointing hotel experience I’ve ever had. The sound insulation was practically non-existent—I could hear every car passing by all night, making it impossible to sleep. The room lacked several basic amenities: no kettle, no slippers (which were definitely needed due to the itchy carpet), no refrigerator, no toothpaste, and not even a phone to contact reception—I had to go downstairs just to speak with someone. The room was also uncomfortably cold. Considering the price, I expected a much better standard. The only redeeming quality was that the room was clean.

Checked in and was informed the hotel's airconditioner was not working (late June) and that complimentary water was the substitute. There almost never was water available as they originally claimed though. Stay somewhere closer to center for the money you pay to stay here.

Das Raumklima konnte man mit einer Klimaanlage regeln, was ich nicht mag. Da das Hotel an einer stark befahrenen Hauptstraße liegt, konnte man das Fenster nicht immer öffnen. Geschäfte und Lokale sind in der Nähe. Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Ich habe an der Rezeption nach Bügeleisen gefragt und mir wurde gesagt dass das Hotel kein Bügeleisen hat. In 2025 ist das ein Skandal und sogar peinlich. Ich hoffe dass es sich ändert sonst ist das Hotel gut.

It was a good hotel for the price. There isn't much in the area to do but it is less than a block from the U-Bahn so it made getting to all the sights in Berlin easy

Gutes Mittelklassehotel unweit der City West. Die U-Bahn Haltestelle Fehrbelliner Platz ist nur zwei Gehminuten entfernt, von dort kommt man einfach in alle Bereiche der Stadt. Das Zimmer war simpel eingerichtet, aber vollkommen ausreichend um für ein verlängertes Wochenende die Stadt zu erkunden. Klimaanlage vorhanden!
