Personal var jätte trevliga, rummet var städat och hotellet hade bra läge. Belysning i korridoren var dock inte så bra, lamporna tändes när man hade kommit halvvägs.

Halong oktorberfest stay

Concierge didn't speak English so checking in was difficult. We had to go back to reception next morning. Lighting in one hallway wasn't working and there was no natural light. It was creepy coming and going. Hotel straight across from Spittelmarkt u-bahn which was handy. No tea or coffee making facilities which would have been nice. Under bed could have done with a clean and previous persons shampoo bottle was still in shower. Bed was comfy and the hairdryer good. However room in no way resembledthe website pictures. Wouldn't stay again but it wasn't the worst hotel. Stayed in nicer travelodges!

Eccentric Vietnamese hotel come restaurant.

This hotel didn’t know what it was. I went in to the reception which was behind a bizarre glass lift which only went to the first floor. I struggled to find my way to my room on the second floor and was later escorted there through a labyrinth of completely dark corridors that only lit after you had navigated through. After that you had to climb stairs now seeing the dirty carpets. On arrival at my room I found it so small I had to creep around the bottom of the bed. Bathroom lovely and new but the light bulb over the mirror wasn’t working.for the price it was not acceptable. I haven’t scored it very badly as the staff tried so hard. There was also an issue that the restaurant had to be paid separately as if it were not a part of the hotel? Pathetic bar with a small number of tired looking bottles. Tables outside were filthy. Sorry but a real mess that needs urgent work.

Cool location in Berlin -Mitte

An amazing and interesting hotel. Very friendly, and professional staff. Speaks good english. Awesome location right across street from Metro and buses. 5 Minutes walk to Alexanderplatz or 5 minutes Metro ride. The restaurant inside the hotel is amazing. Truly delicious Vietnamese cuisine. Some of the best dishes I have ever tasted. No joke, you will be licking your lips after that Duck special dish. I will for sure be staying there once I visit Berlin again.

Halong hotel ligge i gå afstand til Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz mm. U-Bahn (Spittersberfg) ligger 200 meter fra hotellet. Personalet er meget venlige og hjælper gerne. Wifi skal opjusteres fra hotellets side. Man bliver godt modtaget ved ankomst. Vi havde tre overnatninger med en rengøring.

4 Tage Aufenthalt. Heizung funktionierte nicht!

Heizung funktionierte nicht, nur kalte Luft aus der Klimaanlage. Draußen - 7 Grad. Zimmer nach einem Tag getauscht. Dort funktionierte die Heizung ebenfalls nicht. Nur kalte Luft, obwohl Thermostat von Klima auf 25 Grad gestellt. Zimmer blieb kalt, und das im Winter. Hotel war nicht bereit eine Rechnung auszustellen, weil über Expedia online gebucht wurde. Schade!

Great location, good place to stay for a few days

Halong Hotel is located very close to U-Bahn Spittelmarkt, line U2: it is very convenient and very easy to get around the city. My room was nice, spacey and clean, the service was also good. The only problem, I faced during my stay, was a very weak WiFi signal in my room: I was not able to use internet. Positive experience overall and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Cozy Hotel

This Hotel was awesome. the staff were very nice. They do offer breakfast for a fee. I would stay here again if i ever come back to Berlin.

Zentrale Lage, gut erreichbar

Das Hotel ist mit einem asiatischen Restaurant verbunden. Daher weht im Eingang immer der Duft entsprechenden Essens. Das offenbar vietnamesisch geprägte Personal ist stets höflich, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt Parkplätze im Hof, die extra Kosten. Direkt nebenan ein schöner großer Spielplatz für Kleinkinder - wer´s braucht. Zu Fuß sind mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schnell erreichbar, ebenso der Anschluß an das U-Bahnnetz etc. Die Zimmer sind sauber und nur stark strapazierte Bereiche der Wand z.B. lassen etwas an Pflege zu wünschen übrig, die könnte man mal streichen. Die Zimmer liegen zur Seitenstraße, es ist sehr ruhig. Alles in allem sehr preiswürdig und ok.
