Extremely friendly staff, and very quiet in a beautiful rural area (Ketzin). Bus 642 to Wustermark every hour and 650 as well. Single room was small however, it was clean with a private bathroom with shower well equipped with clean towels and shower gel, shampoo and hand soap. A 24 hour public transportation ticket costs €10.70

Reception closed in the weekend

Reception closed all weekend, sth not informed about when checking in Friday at 18:00!!! Thus we were not able to settle bill in morning B4 leaving. Result: CC used only for guarantee was charged :( 24hrs check-in means automat requiring a pin-code. Nice room with ok size TV. Lovely surroundings. Clean. Good shower/bathroom. Good breakfast which we were not able to enjoy as didn't start until 08:00 on Sat/Sun (we had to leave at 08:15 to catch a ferry). No cofffee/tea facility in room.

Sehr spartanische Zimmer, bei denen man auch die Zeichen der Zeit gesehen hat - kleines Badezimmer wo man am besten vorwärts reingeht und rückwärts wieder raus - Handtücher nur für eine Person vorhanden.

Sehr enges Kellerzimmer mit in die Jahre gekommenem Bad. Im sogenannten Business Doppelzimmer gab es keinen Telefonempfang und der Schreibtisch den es laut Bildern und Buchungsportal geben sollte fehlt komplett. Frühstück hingegen gut und ausreichend.

Auch wenn ich kurzfristig - einen Abend vorher- gebucht habe, hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass das Zimmer beheizt gewesen wäre. Wenn ein Zimmer - scheinbar wochenlang - nicht vergeben war kühlt es - bei Minusgraden draußen - massiv aus (Heizungseinstellung war im Zimmer als auch im Bad bei Null!!) . Bei unserem Eintreffen lag die Zimmertemperatur bei ca 15 Grad Celsius. Zugegebenermaßen habe ich mich nicht gleich an das - körperlich nicht vorhandene - Servicepersonal (Check in erfolgte über Telefon und Schlüsselautomat) gewendet, sondern dachte das man das Zimmer mit der vorhandenen Heizung warm bekommt. Wie ich leider lernen musste ist das aber auch bis zum Morgen nicht möglich gewesen, da alles dermaßen heruntergekühlt war, dass auch morgens die Wände und der Boden noch kalt waren. Mitten in der Nacht habe ich mich unter die heiße Dusche stellen müssen um überhaupt warm zu werden. Mein Kind - ein sonst eher "Duschverweigerer" machte es mir - freiwillig - nach! Aushecken erfolgte über Abgabe des Schlüssels in ein Kästchen an der Reception, somit konnte ich meinen Unmut leider auch nicht persönlich loswerden. Auch wenn ich Verständnis dafür habe das ein wenig gebuchtes Hotel - außerhalb der Saison - Kosten sparen muss, wenn man eine Buchung im Januar annimmt, sollte man doch wenigstens den Weg in das Zimmer machen und die Heizung anstellen!!!

Leider nur ein Ausreichend

Der telefonische Kontakt war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Volle 5 Sterne hierfür. Den Rest kann man gut mit „es müsste mal etwas daran gedacht werden“ beschreiben. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war ok, der prall gefüllte Aschenbecher als Türstopper war einfach nur ekelhaft. Die Fassade des Hauses hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen und die Größe der Zimmer war enttäuschend. Hatten extra ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten gebucht und auch bekommen - allerdings gab es in dem Mini Raum keine Möglichkeit, diese auch separat zu stellen. Faktisch war es also doch ein Doppelbett, in das man über das Fußende krabbeln musste. Im Bad konnte man auf der Toilette sitzen und direkt dabei die Hände waschen. Es gab nur einen kleinen Handtuchhaken. Aus der Dusche kam kaum Wasser und man kam kaum in die Dusche hinein. Es gab keinen Kaffee oder Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Das Restaurant blieb spontan am Sonntag geschlossen und auch die Snackautomaten waren leer und defekt. Am nächsten Morgen wurden wir dann mit einem fast abgeräumten Frühstück überrascht - ohne vorherige Info wurde mitgeteilt, dass es nur bis 9 Uhr Frühstück gäbe und jetzt eigentlich abgeräumt werden solle. Entsprechend war das relativ kleine Angebot noch kleiner als am Vortag. (2 Sorten Brötchen, keine Croissants, kein Obst, eine Sorte Käse, ausschließlich Filterkaffee). Prinzipiell ist es am wichtigsten, dass alles sauber ist. Aber für knapp 130€ pro Nacht habe ich schon deutlich besser übernachtetet und gefrühstückt.
