You may get the impression that the room looks smaller due to the kitchenette in the room, but I can assure you that the stated dimensions of the rooms are correct.The beds with us have the standard dimensions of a queen size bed 160cmX200cm. Unfortunately, we do not have king size beds. Our open bathrooms was a design decision which definitely polarizes, we will take your feedback on this into consideration for future planning.The fact that our reception is only staffed until 19:00 and we change the towels in the rooms only after three days, has the background that we are an apartment house and not a standardized hotel. These conditions are clearly stated on the homepage and the various booking platforms, because we do not want to mislead any guest or cause misunderstandings about the standards we offer.It saddens me very much that these standards did not appeal to you and you do not want to book with us in the future.However, I sincerely hope that we will get a second chance so that we can convince you about us.With kind regards from BerlinSören WeberGoodmans Living
