Rooms and beds were good and clean. Breakfast was also good. Staff was kind & helpfull. The only bad point I have is that there is no airconditioning. It was 30+ degrees outside and inside also very hot. Made it hard to sleep.

It was very nice, the train station is right across the street which makes it very convenient to get around. The train can also take you straight to the airport for a cheap price if you're traveling from out of the country.

The hotel is clean and right across the street from train station so extremely convenient. It is also within a short walking distance to many good restaurants. However, the beds are not the most comfortable and there is no A/C in the rooms. The staff at the front desk struggles with English and they could be a little friendlier.

The key programming system went wrong on the last night and nobody could access their rooms, except for the master key that Reception had. This created a lot of inconvenience, time and frustration, and I deem it unacceptable.

Woke up in the morning with loads of bites, couldn’t see anything in the bed but none of our group suffered the same, 2nd night sleeper in the other bed but still had more bites, stayed 2 nights but was only booked in for breakfast for 1 morning, never had that before

Bad stay

My rating is because for what ever reason my power went out at midnight so I called the reception and was told I can get a different room I said one moment please I ask my wife you want to move he hung up on me. So I went down and said I take the room 13 floor I said ok give me card and I move my things tommorow which he said you have to do it now I said but it is dark in the room and 1 am you can take your handy or flashlight to move need less to say I went up again kept the room…..2 days later I went out again but was taken core of right away ( day time ) the smell from garage to the room smells like sewer, the room has no cups for brushing your teeth no coffee maker no water The cleaning of the room was excellent cleaning personal very friendly the furniture in the breakfast room needs new furniture and the carpet in the floor needs a very good cleaning.I can not recommend that Hotel

Positiv fand ich, dass wir früher einchecken konnten. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und ruhig, modern eingerichtet. Restaurant im 16. Stock mit fantastischer Aussicht. Sehr nettes Personal. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Gestört hat mich folgendes: Wir mussten beim Check in nochmals ca. 10% des gezahlten Preises Übernachtungssteuer entrichten, obwohl bei der Buchung über Expedia „inklusive Steuern und Gebühren“ stand. Muss man wissen, wenn man Preise vergleicht. Einen Hund mit 25€ pro Nacht zu berechnen finde ich zu teuer - er schläft auf dem (schon fleckigen) Fußboden, duscht nicht, frühstückt nicht - kostet aber fast so viel wie ein regulärer Gast in der Nebensaison. Die Sitzmöbel im Restaurant sind extrem abgenutzt, mag man gar nicht drauf sitzen. Gleiches gilt für den Bettkasten. Die Umgebung ist sehr schmutzig und vermüllt, ist so eine Art Industriebezirk. Für eine Nacht war es ok!

Es war wie immer sehr schön,gerne wieder allerdings die Bestuhlung im Restaurant ist einfach eines solchen Hotels nicht mehr anzusehen.Es ist unverständlich wie ein Hotel bei den Preisen nicht in der Lage ist ein paar neue Stühle zu erstehen Gegenüber befindet sich ein Möbelhaus und Ikea ist auch gleich um die Ecke
