Saubere Unterkunft in guter Lage, aber für Apartment 87 gilt: Keine Dusche vorhanden, obwohl in der Beschreibung angegeben. Stattdessen eine freistehende Badewanne, in der man sich hockend duschen muss, da diese unter der Dachschräge steht. Welcher Raumplaner lässt sich sowas einfallen und denkt sich: Ja, das ist eine gute Idee! Dann die Beleuchtung im Bad: eine Leuchte oder besser Funzel, die hinter einem am Waschbecken steht. Schminken oder rasieren: schwierig. Warum keine Beleuchtung am Spiegel angebracht ist, erschließt sich mir nicht. Und nochwas: Wer findet es schön, ohne eine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit des Dachfensters zu schlafen? Im Sommer hat man hier mit Helligkeit ab 5 Uhr zu kämpfen. Durch die stark befahrene Straße vor der Tür ist es nachts auch verhältnismäßig laut, wenn man auf Frischluft steht. Die Lage ist top. Die Ausstattung gut. Die Unterkunft ist stilvoll eingerichtet.

Unsere Wahrnehmung: - Lage: direkt am Sanssouci-Gelände und ca. 10min zu Fuß zum Brandenburger Tor - Größe Aptm.: ca. 70qm; durch viele tiefe Schrägungen halt die angegebenen 42qm - Helligkeit Aptm: gering; die meisten Fenster klein und rund oberhalb des Fußbodens, 3 davon unterhalb des Bettes bzw. hinter der Badewanne - Beleuchtung: geringe Leuchtkraft//Leuchtleistung

Das Apartment ist stylisch eingerichtet, sehr sauber! Leider vom Check in wieder 20 Minuten zu Fuß weg. Ich hätte mich über ein kühles Getränk im Kühlschrank sehr gefreut. Sehr hell ohne Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit, deshalb natürlich auch sehr warm im Sommer!

Das Gebäude war komplett eingerüstet und Bauarbeiter waren unterwegs, um die Privatsphäre zu gewährleisten waren den ganzen Tag die Vorhänge geschlossen. Nacht konnte man nicht mit ruhigem Gewissen die Fenster offen lassen wegen dem Gerüst. Fernseher war nicht in der Wohnung.

An und für sich ist Villa Arnim eine schöne Unterkunft. Leider verfügt es über wenig Equipment wie Kaffeetassen oder einen Geschirrspüler. Darüber hinaus war das Geschirr nicht sauber. Das duschen stellte sich aufgrund der Deckentiefe als sehr schwierig heraus. Dafür bietet die Villa Arnim die perfekte Ausgangslage für den Besuch des Parks Sanssouci und einige Parkplätze sind ebenfalls in der Unterkunft vorhanden (nicht ausreichend für alle Ferienwohnungen der Villa; wer zuerst kommt malt zuerst).
