Really nice hotel, spacious room and comfy bed. Bathroom was clean, shower great! Breakfast was fantastic! Would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again on my next trip.
Good breakfast buffet. Has washcloths as well as towels in the bathroom. We also ate a dinner there and the food was good at the restaurant. Just 3 minutes to the airport.

Free parking, good breakfast, clean good rooms, but coming late to breakfast means limited choice of food.
Great hotel, convenient location for airport, bybanen just a short walk away for trips to downtown Bergen, friendly and helpful staff, amazing breakfast.
Great breakfast. The rooms are very nice, spacious, and clean. Also, with great natural light and soft bedding the experience was overall very comfortable for the price.
However, they do not rent out or provide Any sockets or adapters so do remember to bring your own. Otherwise, the staff were helpful and pleasant.
I would definitely recommend as it’s definitely worth the price.
The front desk staff were super friendly, parking is free. Unfortunately the good ends there. 2 degrees outside, but even with a window open the room was unbearably hot. We asked for help to cool the room down so we could sleep, but nothing the staff could do. The hotel has a central heating system set to a stupidly high temperature with no per room thermostat. We got about 3 hours sleep, even without using the duvet because it was too hot. As advertised, no air con, which we thought would only be an issue in the height of summer, not when it was 2 degrees outside.
We were told breakfast was 6am, so woke in time to eat before an early flight, but in the morning we found a sign saying it was 6:30am on Sundays. No prior warning. They had a very tiny selection outside, including bread, ham, cheese and a plate of vegetables. One of the bits of pepper had mould on it.
The gym is massive, over two floors, yet somehow has very limited equipment - a single treadmill, two bikes in a comically large room. Oddly has a squash court and climbing wall, but not enough basic gym equipment.
We looked at the dinner menu, but it was very expensive, even for Norway’s standards. 400NOK for a main. We walked down the road to somewhere more reasonable.
We wouldn’t stay again and wouldn’t recommend it.
Never again. Stay somewhere else. It is overpriced for a hostel-sized room, and the treatment we received by the manager/staff Jessica and Britta was unprofessional.
We had a poor experience at this hotel, especially considering that we paid nearly $250 a night for what felt more like a motel than a hotel. We missed our first night due to train connection delays. As soon as we found out, we called the hotel directly -we were insured by Visa, we were not able to arrive that night and told them that we were willing to extend our stay and forgo a refund for the night we missed. Despite this, we were still charged for a no-show on 8/14 and were refuse the Via appeal. The first receptionists we encountered after arriving 8/15 were helpful and pleasant. The breakfast staff were nice too.
The room was horribly small -I mean, really small for two people. The bathroom was even smaller and could barely accommodate one person comfortably.
However, the biggest problem was with the hotel manager, Jessica, and Priyanka/Britta? the receptionist on the day 8/17 on our third night. They were extremely unprofessional and arrogant. In the hospitality business, staff -especially management- should be trained much better in how to treat and communicate with guests.
We ultimately decided not to return to this hotel and moved to a hotel next door, where we could actually breathe, where the rooms were more comfortable, and the overall atmosphere actually felt like a hotel. Never again to this!
