Foi uma experiência... digamos... constrangedora!! Ao chegarmos de madrugada (dica: sempre leve uma toalha junto!!), não havia toalhas para banho, e o recepcionista disse que nada podia fazer!! Trocamos de quarto (de um sujo, com o vaso sanitário já cheio e entupido!!) para um outro mais ou menos limpo (sem fronhas... sem toalhas!!). No outro dia, pedimos para trocar, e nos deram (adivinhem? outro quarto sem toalhas, e sem travesseiros!!) Dos 03 dias hospedados, 02 tivemos que sempre reclamar com a recepção da falta de toalhas!! Só tivemos algum descanso com o mínimo de higiene no último dia!! Realmente, uma experiência inesquecível!!

A cama é ótima. O chuveiro alterna quente e frio durante o banho, precisa regular melhor isso. Pessoal até atende bem, mas são mal orientados. Não me deram a nota fiscal na saída, mas me tranquilizaram que ela viria por email. Passados 3 dias sem retorno liguei pedindo a NF, e me encaminharam uma NF gerada depois do horário da minha ligação, com valor errado e endereço errado. Me fizeram perder tempo procurando novamente o hotel para acertar o erro. Me hospedei a trabalho, preciso da NF para ter o reembolso das despesas. Se vocês mandam o cliente embora sem NF e afirmam que a nota vai por email depois, ela tem que ir, certo? organizem isso, pois prejudica a imagem de vocês.....
