"ac had to be turned back on every few hours. fridge broke three times and maintenance needed to bring new ones. pool and hot tub was closed even tho i specifically bought this booking because expedia said it was available. fire pit was nice and they had a great fourth of july celebration"

"We stayed at the Palmer House years ago and this visit was not as good. The hotel appears run down, the English muffins for breakfast were stale and there was a man hanging outside of his room two doors down from us shirtless and smoking. The staff was lovely and very nice."

"The resort looks tired. It needs a few repairs. The staff was friendly. We did not eat at the resort, but the next tiem we stay I would like to stay longer.
