The property itself is nice. Not spectacular but certainly comfortable with thoughtful design touches. My issue is with the extremely poor customer service given.
Upon check-in, I was given keys and instructions to get to the room. Went with bags and once settled noticed a phone message. Front Desk says they gave me the wrong keys and could I return to the Front Desk - DIFFERENT BUILDING - to exchange. Also it will be a different room. OK, so I pack everything back up, put in car, and drive back to building. Turns out the correct room was ACROSS THE HALL from the mistake they made.
Why didn't you come to the room and explain the situation?
Why did you make me repack and then unpack again to move across the hall?
Why no compensation for your mistake
