The hotel and the property in general are very nice. We had a problem with a leaking toilet, reported it and they told us it was fixed but it wasn’t. Not environmentally friendly to be wasting all that water.

Mysigt boutiquehotel i arabisk stil i den lilla byn Benahavis. Personal och ägare mycket trevliga och tillmötesgående. Man känner sig väl omhändertagen. Vackert rum med närhet till liten pool och solterass. Vi kommer gärna igen.

Lovely village and the hotel has loads of character which we loved. We enjoyed sunbathing on the roof terrace .The lady on reception was very helpful and spoke excellent English. Hotel right in centre of village so very easy to get to the restaurants in Benhavis (several to Choose from ) .Also we did a couple of walks from Benahavis- one very hilly ! .

Quirky hotel in the centre so close to all restaurants. Staff were lovely, Margo was very friendly and served a fab breakfast with plenty of choice and hot coffee.

Hotel was a lovely base to explore Benahavis and the surrounding areas. Hotel owner and staff were exremely helpful and informative and a credit to this very unique hotel. Rooms were fabulously individual. We recommend the Sultans suite. Restaurants in area were all very good but Hotel restaurant was our favourite.

Tired.

Never 4 star. Quirky yes but dark, stone staircase with no proper handrail to our room was hairy to say the least. The room seemed to be an old cellar converted. Raised bath difficult to get in and out of. Door opens so close to the loo you catch your foot each time its used.Air con so loud it had to be switched off. Sun loungers on the terrace badly in need of replacing. Hotel has lovely ideas but in need of a refurb. Tired.
