"Everything was excellent! I booked a family room and it was spacious- we are a family of 4. The bathroom also is a decent size. The only thing the hotel does not have is a gym but this doesn’t affect our overall satisfaction- excellent! "
"Unfortunately after coming here, all other hotels in Europe were subpar, I definitely would recommend this place since it was nice and new plus it was walkable from central plus the train was right next door. The people in the front were also nice, on our last night, instead of going out, we went upstairs to the bar. "
"Wonderful 4-star hotel located off the main boulevard near the statue of Copernicus. Easy check-in; pleasant staff. We had an upgraded room, which made our 3 day stay more pleasant. Modern, hi-tech European-style hotel with an old world ambiance. Great shower (rain head), good bed, and bar area with a sink."

"It took 15 min (in line to check in) to retrieve our luggage. Worst, the GM walked by the front desk without acknowledging the line of people with only one person at the front desk. Sorry but not sorry!
