Cheguei no fim da noite e quando fui tomar banho a água estava fria. Levou quase meia hora para consertar. Nos dias seguintes a água não esquentava muito. Fica perto do Mercado Central, o que é legal, mas a rua tem bares bem feios. Não recomendo para família.

Reservei o hotel e em nenhum momento foi-me dito que a reserva seria sem café da manhã. Chegando lá, o recepcionista me informou isso. Como não tinha como cancelar a reserva, entrei assim mesmo. Depois o recepcionista me ligou dizendo que o café estava liberado. No entanto, no terceiro dia vieram me pedir para assinar comanda de café da manhã.Achei constrangedor. Mas não assinei e nem paguei.

Se vc espera chegar e tomar um banho quente, esqueça. Não importa em que andar, no 9, 4 ou 3. A água do chuveiro é fria, mesmo esperando 10 min desperdiçando água. Na última veZ que estive no hotel havia um tufo de cabelo no edredon. Na penúltima vez havia fios de cabelo pelo chão. No quarto dizem que a cozinhanfica aberta até às 23, mas se vc quiser jantar às 22 não é possível

Fiz check in as 22:57 e na recepção havia muita má vontade pelo horário, computador para verificar a reserva estava desligado o que ocasionou na demora do atendimento, que já era ruim, ainda houve mal entendidos quanto ao café da manhã que não estava incluso e não é claro na reserva e o valor não foi debitado on line no cartão de crédito.

O chuveiro não estava esquentando água direito e a limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar. Fui muito bem tratado o tempo todo, ótimos funcionários e ótimo atendimento. Boa relação custo/benefício.

bom hotel

Considerando que todos os prédios no centro da cidade são velhos, este hotel está em excelente condição, e surpreendentemente o chuveiro aquecia rapidamente e funcionava muito bem. O hotel fica ao lado de um shopping, o que facilita a ida ao mercado para comprar coisas para a estadia e para refeições fora do hotel. Os funcionários são simpáticos e atenciosos!
