There is an amazing panoramic view..That staff despite the language difference were helpful especially the shuttle to the down town area and waitress.. it was her first day and she was very helpful and efficient. The front desk women, who also was the shuttle person was very helpful.The rooms are very European but efficient.. the view from our room was less attractive than my sister. But beautiful. Be mindful that it is an old building and there is no elevator, and the stairs are very narrow. The beds look uncomfortable but were comfortable .. Despite our disappointment of non updated rooms we completely enjoyed our visit to the bed and breakfast.. "

"Staff told us we could have a taxi back from Bellagio, just give them a call. Then when we rang they said it was too late, we then had to walk over 8km back to the hotel along dark winding roads. They also made us park the car in a car park which they failed to mention was chargeable. Upon checking out we were billed twice and for more nights than we had used the car park for."
