"This hotel is brand new, so there are a few finish items they are working on. Our room was clean, quiet, and the beds were comfortable. The included breakfast every morning was delicious with many options. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and very friendly. This hotel is a convenient walk to UNMC, just make sure to ask someone from the hospital about using the skywalks versus walking the 5% grade up Farnam St. UNMC is developing ground very near the hotel but room remains guiet. ...

"It was a nice quiet stay, it was a great spot to stay during our festival weekend. The hot tub jets were so crazy and aggressive, but even with that one critic it was a nice stay with kind staff. "

"The property is dated, the tub faucet was loose and leaking, not all of the lights work. Property is severely dated and needs updating inside and out. The shower worked and the bed was comfortable. If it weren’t for those two things I’d have given this property a lower rating. "
