"Good Parking place"

"The hotel and our room were clean and neat all the time. The staff were kind and friendly. The only thing I would improve is breakfast, specifically when you stay for more than two days, they could offer a variety of different other meals and fruits, like strawberries, watermelon or cantaloupe and croissants and charcuterie."

"The bathroom was not cleaned when we had checked in. We also had a hole in the door with a small piece of tape for anyone to take off and look right inside the room. The hotel staff was able to find us more tape to put inside our room as a somewhat added protection. We asked to change rooms but apparently the hotel was fully booked so we were stuck with it. The buffet breakfast was good (standard scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, different toasts/bagel and yogurts)"

"I stayed at this hotel with my wife for one night and the experience was less than impressive. Here is a breakdown of the good and the bad: The good: - ample free parking -clean bathroom - indoor and outdoor pools -free breakfast -cleaning staff were great and very friendly (they should be giving lessons to the front desk staff on how to treat customers) The bad: - terrible check in experience - front desk person was very rude and dismissive; did not want to give us shampoo or conditioner or...

"A good experience. I wish they didn't have carpets in the rooms, as it doesn't have a fresh smell. Also, the sliding bathroom door is an issue. First, it didn't close all the way. Second, it's a hazard when you open it if a person is using the closet. Breakfast was good and it was very well maintained."

"The ads for the motel said that it had been renovated but this was very misleading. The rooms were old, dirty, musty. The bedsheets were stained, as was the bedspread. I chose to sleep on top of the covers because the sheets and the bedspread stains were old. The carpet was dirty, stained and not vacuumed. There were dead bugs on the carpet and in the bathroom. The lock on the door was flimsy and not adequate security. We did not feel safe or comfortable there."

"Parking was great. The air conditioning is great. Nice big soaker tub but not sure if the drain would work to keep the water in. The room was ok not as clean as it could be. The bathroom ceiling fan needs a cleaning for sure. The guy running the place offered to help us bring stuff up to our room but then he didn't. We couldn't get a room on the first floor. "An adequate and clean 2 star hotel. The hotel is nicely located about 10 minutes from Belleville, an hour from Sandbanks provincial park, and about 45 minutes to wine country. Rooms are a bit dated but were well cleaned. The hotel is also really nicely located with several fast food and restaurant options right there for a quick bite. Staff were friendly. The free breakfast was adequate with eggs, sausage, cereal, toast, yogurt, coffee and waffles."
