"One of the worst hotel rooms I've EVER had in my life. Right next to a STAFF elevator that goes all day and all night. An air conditioner that would not stop at night and froze the room. When we turned the heat on in the morning, it ran for a minute or two and then kicked over to air conditioning again no matter what we did. I feel you guys should have paid us to stay in that room! SHAMEFUL. It was absolutely horrible. When we left and turned off the light on the right side of the bed spun where it was attached and nearly broke my finger. "Was "upgraded" to a room with two queens. With two people a King is what we wanted and didn't need the second room. One the second night there was an alarm that went off in the hallway or another room all night. Got no sleep. "

"The staff was exceptional however the pictures posted on the website are very deceiving. The hotel lobby is very small and the rooms are big with a washer and dryer. The bed linen and towels and washcloths were all STAINED. They moved to another room on the 10th fl and still the same concern, the linen- filthy and the door did not have a lock. We had to use the flap the secure the door. The location is prime with the less expensive with a parking fee. When offering coffee, decaf should be avaliable along with coffee creamer. "
