Location is very accessible to transport, shopping areas and tourist spots. Staff are accommodating. The room is spacious. The breakfast buffet is superb.
Very close to Business and is in Center of Belgrade. Great value for budget travelers. Quiet and comfortable and included nice breakfast. Would definitely return.
The staff really makes this hotel shine. The ladies working the front desk were incredibly kind and helpful, and the cleaning personnel did a terrific job with the room each day.

Disliked: Room comfort
Extremely firm bed
Location is good, cleanliness is really good. It's not new, but not really run down either. However I can't understand the other reviews that say the beds are comfortable. I've never slept in a more firm/hard bed. A towel straight on the floor would have been about as comfortable.
Nice hotel. Safe parking for motorcycle in garage, and it was free of charge. The receptionist who was working on 11.6.2024 was super nice! Would stay here again if I come to Belgrad again.
I really enjoyed staying at Marquise. At the time of arrival, the staff were amazing, especially Zorana. She offered me water when i checked in, great help and even shared some fun facts about the city. Did you guys know the hotel used to be a bath house? Its fun to learn the misteries of Belgrade!

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Nice hotel fairly close to central bus station and city center. Room pretty run down, especially bathroom. Breakfast, service, friendliness average. Overall ok, but definitely not a 4-star hotel.
It was an emergency booking after the initial hotel left me outside in the middle of the night.
Marquise Hotel staff was very helpful replying my messages via WhatsApp and offering their assistance in taxi booking which is always quite a challenge in Belgrade as you probably know.
But there is a construction happening in front of the hotel now, so starting from the morning it might be a bit noisy
This nice quiet little hotel is tucked away down a little side street - but is not without it's little quirks.
I did book late - so options where to put me, could have been limited - and the room was entry level.
The room was small - but adequate for a single occupant.
Clean and comfortable, and exceptionally quiet. The bed was top tier - firm, but comfy, with immaculate pillows and linen.
Room was well equipped - Kettle, mini bar, slippers, dressing gown etc.
However, the soap from the dispensers was very weak - take your own!!
View from the window was just a brick wall about five feet away - so natural daylight was virtually non-existent.
The staff were fine for the most part, the lady at check-in
and another young girl were helpful - as was the the gentleman on the night shift who went above and beyond.
One member of staff, whom I saw infrequently (just twice) I didn't like her attitude.
One disconcerting aspect of my stay was the handrail at the bottom of the stairs - not sturdy in the least - and would certainly be a safety issue where I'm from.
Overall, a nice, quiet hotel, situated close to the town center - where I would stay again - but I would pay a little extra next time for a room which afforded me a little more space and hopefully a better view.
The staff were friendly. The AC didnt work in my room. I was on the ground floor and the music from the bar below was a bit loud at night (finishing around 10 or 11pm)
Two beds togeather instead of quinn bed,bed woud separate in a middle of the night , limited choices for breakfast, had to remind stuff to clean room, just one stuff member spoke inglish, terriable dinner in hotel restaurant, stuff members at front desk were rood
It was my work week stay In Belgrade at Marquise hotel.
Room place was very cozy, clean with adequate space.
Fresh breakfast with various options can give you good start to your day.
My room was on highest floor of the building and sometimes I had little struggling with hotel wifi's connection but overall is hard to find anything bad about this hotel. Also location is very ideal, close to center and near by the hotel there are a lot of descent restaurants. Hotel's stuff is also very friendly and helpful, they arranged for me airport transfer.
I planned to spend most of my time in bed mindlessly browsing the internet while my body recovered from minor surgery. I have over 20 years experience working with and debugging computer networks.
Initially I thought the internet connection was having serious intermittent issues. However it worked fine down at breakfast, two other devices had the issue, and using data roaming was fine, so it was obviously more localised. I pinpointed it to the Access Point outside the room. I reported this to reception, and provided the BSSID of the dodgy AP. The reception staff jiggled some random cables in the network closet (they did the same for my friend - it impressed neither of us) and told me they'd call their vendor.
3 days into the trip, I complained again as despite their claim their vendor had been in it was still broken, and said I could use the lobby. I ended up doing so that night for a few hours (insmonia), lying on the couch - their night staff was resting on the other couch.
Later that day I did the same, and the reception staff were not happy at all at me lying there - at this point they had what sounded like a "get over here now" phone call and soon two workmen appeared. The issue did get a bit better, but was not fixed. At that point I had only one more night so didn't see the point in complaining further given the hotel staff's actions so far.
Only for the gaslighting about the internet, it would have been perfect for my needs. I don't think they ever believed me.
Genel anlamda iyiydi sadece oda beklediğimden küçüktü, konumu güzel hemen 1 dk yürüme mesafesi otobüs durağı var çoğu yere gidebilirsiniz. Kahvaltıda domuz yemek istemezseniz ayrıca beef ürünler getiriyorlar.
