Staff seemed in general to be disinterested in helping, and also didn’t seem to be able to navigate the computer booking system to find our booking. We had dead mosquitoes in the bed sheets. However, the receptionist was always friendly and helpful. Also, the water isn’t clean, it’s slightly brown. But this is because Iquitos is in the Amazon jungle.
