Sehr nettes Personal, gutes Service. Das Essen leider nicht mein Geschmack. Wenn man richtig türkisches Essen gewohnt ist, und dann hier zu Abend ist, wird man schwer enttäuscht sein. Aufteilung vom Hotel auch nicht so toll. Da alles in die Länge gezogen wird, ist der Fußmarsch auch ziemlich weit. Pool im auqapark ziemlich warm. Die Pools in denen alle rutschen hinein führen viel zu kalt. Der Pool an denen poolspiele gemacht werden, über den man nur durchs Hotel kommt, auch viel zu kalt. War kein einziges Mal in 7 Tagen darin

Otel misafirlerine tatilde olduklarını hissettiriyor. Peki nasıl? Öncelikle hiçbir şey için bir koşuşturmaca yok. Her şey planlanmış ve belli ki üst düzey bir yönetim performansı var. Çalışanlar arasında ileriki yaşlarda yurdum insanları da var, ki bu istihdam beni çok mutlu etti, genç Türk çalışanlarda. Hijyen sorunu yok. Tek tavsiyem aquaparkta, kobra kaydırağın yanındaki kaydıraktan çıkışta su derinliğinin arttırılması. Oğlumla kayarken çıkışta alabora olduk ve derinlik az olduğu için kafamı çarptım. Yine de biz memnun ayrıldık. Başarılarınızın devamını dilerim.

This was one of the best all-inclusive hotels my family and I have ever stayed at. The staff were exceptional – always polite, kind, and incredibly helpful. The property itself is massive, offering a wide range of amenities and activities for guests of all ages. The dining options were outstanding, with a diverse selection of delicious food available around the clock. You’ll find countless bars and snack buffets scattered throughout the resort, ensuring you’re never far from a quick bite or refreshing drink. The hotel boasts a beautiful, private beach with a beautiful coastline, perfect for a relaxing day by the sea. On the opposite side of the property, there’s a big water park, complete with exciting rides for both adults and children, adding an extra layer of fun for families. Evenings at the hotel are a true highlight, with top-notch entertainment every night. There are dedicated children’s programs, followed by impressive, diverse shows for adults. After that, the night continues with live music or DJ sets, each themed differently to keep things fresh and exciting. We had an absolutely wonderful time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone – it’s incredibly family-friendly, with something for everyone. We will definitely be back!

Otel genel olarak fena değil en güzel yanı aqua parklar Fakat yemek ve temizlik konusu çok sıkıntılı. Geçen sene de bu otelde tatilimi yapmıştım o zmn da yemekler konusunda uyarıda bulundum ama daha çok geriye gitmiş durumda. 2 inci günden sonra yemek yiyecek bişey bulamıyorsunuz. Etlerin içinde devamlı sert şeyler çıkıyor. Aqua parklarin ordaki tuvalette 3 taneden bir tanesi açık onun da kapısı bozuk ve içi devamlı kirli. Tuvaletlerin temizlik konusu da çok sıkıntılıydi. Sonuç olarak seneye burayı tercih edeceğimi hiç zannetmiyorum

Wir haben das Hotel wegen des großen Rutschenparks gebucht. Unser Zimmer war ganz schön abgerockt, Kanten an den Schränken ausgeschlagen, beide Kühlschränke der Minibar total gelb innen. Im Bad Ränder der Zahnputzbecher der Vorgänger. Unser Opa musste sogar umziehen, da auf seiner Etage ein Wanddurchbruch der Außenwand stattgefunden hat. Der Wechsel des Zimmers hat problemlos geklappt. Je länger wir da waren, desto mehr haben wir uns arrangiert und „eingewöhnt“ aber leider kein Vergleich zu unseren letzten Hotels in der Türkei. Leider hat das Rezeptionspersonal wenig englisch gesprochen (deutsch verlange ich schon gar nicht), sodass die Verständigung teilweise schwierig war. An der Gästebetreuung wiederum hat alles super geklappt, dort konnte der Mitarbeiter super englisch und einer sogar ein bisschen deutsch. Beim Essen war es immer sehr laut, das ist einfach der Größe des Hotels geschuldet (weiß man ja vorm buchen), die Auswahl war groß und gut, habe ich aber auch schon besser erlebt. Wir hatten viele russischeGäste, wenig deutsche, und einige Iraker/Iraner. Zusammengefasst würde ich sagen, war’s ok aber nochmal muss ich es nicht haben.

Es ist eine risige Hotelanlage. Die Poolanlagen sind gross und sauber. Es hatte genug Liegen. Besonders eindrucksvoll sind die Wasserrutschen. Positiv ist auch, dass das Hotel am Strand liegt. Je nach Gästeaufkommen, kann es am Buffet ein gedränge geben. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt(eher nur Aufgeräumt) und die Handtücher wurden gewechslet.

I really do not recommend this place! the staff & services are just terrible and sometimes even rude! the in-room air conditioning system was just a mess and three of us ended up ALL SICK at the end of our vacation...the food quality is also below average as compared to other all-inclusive places I travelled before e.g. in Cancun. There are some non-fresh items that you see routinely in the buffet, and I am not sure whether they actually test them for expiration etc. we had a few instances of stomach upset immediately after lunch/dinner and so Please be aware of these items! The ONLY thing that I really enjoyed here was the late night music and bar.., I thinks that was actually very good and the ONLY reason I ended up giving an overall rating of Poor instead of terrible!
