I recently stayed at this hotel for four nights and had a wonderful experience. The staffs were friendly and accommodating, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the amenities were great. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend it to others.
Excellent location and well maintained. Staff very friendly.

Excellent option in Beijing!
It was excellent quality of Services at WA. We loved especial attentions to kids making them feel included and appreciated. Food was grate and keeps the standard WA around the world.
Amazing would stay again. The hotel is in an ideal location for places such as the Forbidden City and nearby attractions. Also located near the metro.
The service is above and beyond here and very attentive, even for foreigners.
Great location with easy access to the subway, Wangfujing shopping street, fine dining options. The rooms are very spacious and clean with tasteful decor and comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet is phenomenal! Michelin starred Chinese restaurants onsite.
The best hotel around the area. I have tried almost every hotel nearby, WA is my favourite so far. I really like the 270 degree panorama city view suite. Hopefully next time I go to Beijing I can get better price for the suite.
This was our third stay at the Waldorf Astoria in Beijing. All three stays were excellent. The staff is great and very helpful. Kudos to restaurant manager Francis Wang and Chef Brian Wright. The Waldorf also offered great transportation service to the airport. Located by WangFuJing, it was easy walking to shops. I would not hesitate to stay here any time we visit Beijing.
The Beijing Waldorf is in a very nice area with fun restaurants and nearby attractions. Great breakfast and nicely appointed rooms.
My collogues booked on the Hilton app and I used Hotels.com. I paid nearly double without breakfast being included. Grossly overpaid using hotels.com
Booked a corner room for a week, because I like it as I saw it on YT. Was upgraded to bigger room, with separated living room, but asked to have the corner room.
I really like the corner room and I think it was the right decision to choose this one.
The room is super nice with a good view on Beijing (view on the Peninsula Hotel).
Rest of there hotel room was as you expect it. Super nice and comfy bed, awesome bathroom spacious rooms.
Hotel is in an excellent location. 2 min walk to Wangfujing Street and most guided tours meeting points are near by. 1949 Roasted Duck Restaurant is also in walking distance. (You want to go there!)
Hotel staff is also very friendly and helpful in booking your trips and buying tickets.
Forgot something in the hotel and they helped me to get it back.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Not clean enough
Great Location, handheld shower broken, mold in the shower, a lot a dust in the room,It does not have cleaning control, it only cleans the surface, Very bad for a high class hotel
Beautiful modern outlook, friendly staff. Good amenities from Aesop and staff always give us extra bottles of water which is very welcomed. Room is spacious and decor is modern and luxurious. There is however a few occasions where we return to the room in the evening find it not cleaned (used coffee cups and glasses still in room, pieces of rubbish still on floor). Breadfast is great , decent spread with both Western and Chinese style, tho they do not vary much between day to day. Prices charged for children at 80% of an adult price and no discount for multiple day is certainly disappointing.
The hotel was amazing as well as its swimming pool.
The area where it is located is very central, next to commercial streets with Dept. Stores, restaurant and a very closed Starbucks for coffee...
Exceptional experience for the entire stay and in every way. You pay for a premium experience and this exceeds expectations. Special mention to Helen, and the Zijin Mansion team - a wonderful chef supplemented ably by Luna, Koko and the rest of the team. Truly special & will be back
We got the very warm welcome for our two days stay. The Hotel design was so brilliant. The staffs are so yound and needs more skills to speak English. Someone might notice slight dusts on the floor.
