We had a very pleasant stay and were especially impressed by the hotel staff. From the doormen and bellboys who greeted us upon arrival, to the reception team, Guest Relations Managers, and restaurant waitresses, everyone was professional, friendly, and helpful. The staff were well trained and spoke very good English, which made communication easy and allowed us to receive any service or assistance we needed without difficulty. Their warm hospitality and excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable.

I had a wonderful stay at the Ritz-Carlton Beijing. They were especially helpful in coordinating a private car service and the breakfast buffet was very good! Would recommend!

The staff was exceptional, from those in the breakfast cafeteria to the concierge staff and front desk. I was met with a warm greeting in the morning for breakfast and assisted with my needs for transportation from the front desk and the concierge staff. The hotel cleaning staff kept my room in a warm/welcoming condition the entire two weeks of my stay. I highly recommend this Ritz-Carlton. I also wish to extend my sincere appreciation to all the staff of the Ritz-Carlton.

Visiting Friends

This Ritz-Carlton has an aged feel, which in several ways adds to its charm and appeal. The breakfast was not at the level I was expecting, especially the coffee, but my room rate was quite affordable at the time of my stay. The outdoors view over the area was excellent and the room was clean and amenities to standard. After requesting ice and calling twice, it still took half an hour to receive the ice in our room, much longer than I was expecting. Most other aspects of this hotel were exceptional.
