Staff were excellent, they do speak English as well. Good shuttle bus, but I had an issue to arrange it from the Terminal ( end up taking taxi to hotel). The room would nee a little but more of cleaning, however, everything else was excellent.

A Very functional airport hotel. It provides all we need for a night stay for next-day flight. Shuttle bus drivers are very friendly and helpful. Reception desk is very professional and efficient. I would stay here again

The room and free, airport shuttle were the best parts of this hotel. The room was overall clean and the bed was comfortable. The front desk could be better trained on customer support. The beef noodle soup at the hotel restaurant had an unfamiliar and very unpleasant smell and taste—even with lots of added vinegar and chili sauce I requested—though the staff were nice.

I took the airport shuttle to the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. There’s a convenience store inside that stays open late, so I was able to grab some snacks at night. Overall, a surprisingly comfortable stay and great value for money.

Very close to airport 15 minutes drive to terminal 3. You can see plains flying very low over the roof, so you can hear these plains too even if the windows are closed The rooms are very large and comfortable. There is a free shuttle to the airport

The expected, must have things are fine (clean room, decent bathroom, good bed/bedding). Just a kettle, mugs and a few tea and coffee sachets. WiFi easy and reliable. Shuttle only runs on a limited schedule to/from T3, goes TO T2 on request (take the inter terminal shuttle to T3 if arriving at T2, then go to Gate 5 on F1 and expect the bus at about HR:30. But maybe not at late hours?) Staff only have limited English so phoning can be tricky, communication at reception is fine thanks to their use of translation apps!
