The staff were so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate me during the short stay and provided guidance for the continuation of my trip. My room was exceptionally clean everyday and the price was awesome! There’s also a convenience store on the property that made it so easy to get snacks and small items when I didn’t feel like going into the town. Breakfast is good, we are looking for other fruits like banana. Coffee is 3-in-1 mixed in a cup already (coffee+cream+sugar) when machine is pressed. Some bread are not sweet enough. Washing machine is not used due to no (tumble) dryer available. They do clean the room everyday.

The staff were all amazing in helping us out with difficult arrival times, and very accommodating, even with a language barrier, they were very helpful. Xiao Li, Xiao Hao, Xiao Yue, and Xiao Yang especially were helpful, and went above and beyond for us. Great price, close to the airport, and friendly staff, verything you need during a trip. I would recommend to anyone traveling in the area.

I highly recommend this hotel to people with overnight layovers in Beijing. For the price, the cleanliness of the place, friendliness of the staff, free breakfast, and free airport shuttle were unmatched. My group of 3 arrived around 1am and had a bit of trouble contacting the staff via expedia for them to send the airport shuttle, so we had to ask the airport staff to call the hotel. After arriving, we were given a free room upgrade and late checkout which was great as our flight the next day left at 6pm.
