Good location, but room needs work. Everything else was nice, easy location, metro nearby, and staff were helpful. Location made getting around Beijing simple. Only downside was our room. 1st time in Beijing. Stay in GJYY Hotel because it has the great location the “Wangfujing” walking street just crossed the street. Dining and shopping around the areas. Staff are friendly, breakfast is delicious. Because the hotel is quite a bit old, the furniture needs to be replaced & room may need to get renovations. But overall it’s a nice place to stay.

The room was really spacious and comfortable. The air conditioner wasn’t responding properly but it wasn’t a problem as it was a bit chilly. The staff was helpful, there was an issue with the lights which they fixed immediately. The hotel is at a five minute walk from a shopping centre area with plenty of restaurants and a tube station (Line 5)
