We had a relaxing stay at this property. The grounds are beautiful, the daily breakfast offered plenty of options, and the rooms were spacious. The main area for improvement is the service, and the rooms could use some upkeep. The staff often seemed overworked and disengaged, which affected interactions with guests across the board. It may help to bring on additional staff during peak season and adjust shifts to reduce burnout. A few changes in this area would make the overall experience much stronger.

Lovely place, nice staff, right on the beach front. Though a little bit of a walk into the main part of Sitges, the walk is along a coastline with the waves lapping onto the shore as you stroll. Beds comfortable and great value for money - would stay again. A tip for those travelling in from the airport - there are buses that run from Terminal 1 and drop you off near the hotel. If you're coming into Terminal 2, there's a free shuttle bus to Terminal 1. There is a train from the airport to El Prat where you can can the southbound train to Sitges - this took me two hours because of problems of the line to El Prat. Wish I'd got the bus!

The rooms and facilities were in excellent shape. Staff very friendly. Breakfast very good. No parking onsite, no street parking in this area. Nearest drop off for luggage is about 100 meters away, you need to carry your cases from there.
Hotel sells parking at a local parking garage for a fee.We had daily issues with the card access to the parking (not the hotels fault) which neither party could resolve. We received a credit of E62 for three days we bought and ended up paying E31.50 directly to the facility for 1 nights parking. My advice to anyone elderly and/or driving to Sitges is to choose a place away from the old city with onsite parking.
