"Excellent hotel! The service, rooms, spa, and views were all amazing. Valerie even upgraded me to a room on the 19th floor! I highly recommend this hotel"
"This is my second stay in the hotel (room 92 this time) and I did have a nice stay there. There were, however, some minor nuisances that went in the way of the experience that need to be taken care of.
1. the bath room sink was blocked and it needs immediate attention because the sink was getting filled up quite quickly.
2. This was not really a problem for me during my stay but I can see that being a problem to others down the line especially people who will rent the same room (92) in winter. The balcony door needs to be sealed better because I felt draft coming from there.
3. This just me being a little picky here but more tea bags and coffee would have been really appreciated. The staff provided everything I needed but it would have been been better to have enough tea and coffee in the room.
Other than that, there isn't really any issue I can think of. I had a great stay and I will definitely consider the hotel again when I visit Brussels again."
