The host was lovely and welcoming. In the middle of winter Beechworth can get pretty cold but the house and room were warm and cosy. The room had it own AC and the extra blow heater in the bathroom much appreciated. Electric blanket in the bed made for a warm and cosy sleep. The included cooked breakfast was a perfect way the start the day. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our stay in Beechworth especially our 1 nights at Graces B&B. Elaine was very accommodating and cooked a lovely breakfast. Comfortable bed and close to the centre of Beechworth so could walk everywhere.

Elaine the manager of the property was so helpful and friendly. The guesthouse is charming and very well located. The florentines on arrival was a lovely touch along with champagne and even port for a night cap! Breakfast in the courtyard was delicious. I would highly recommend a stay at The Graces, we will be back!

Lovely accommodation in an historic house, an easy walk to the centre of Beechworth. Included breakfast was wonderful very comfortable bed. Room well equipped and, well big enough to be comfortable with small dining table. Additional room available in communal lounge and multiple outdoor seating areas.

Lovely stopover
Really enjoyed a lovely stay overnight at The Graces. Gorgeous property and Elaine has thought of everything you could possibly need. Be aware the hotels.com check in time says 2pm but it is actually 3 - we arrived early because of this but were still able to check in.

This was a beautifully presented period home, spacious, comfortable, great shower, and a very helpful and accommodating host. The complementary champagne on arrival, and glass of evening port was a lovely and appreciated touch. The rooms were quiet, difficult to know anybody else was staying there! The full home cooked breakfast in the dining room was delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

On arrival Elaine greeted us and showed us to our room and the facilities available, along with taking our breakfast order for the next morning. Elaine explained what tourist activities and what type of eating spots were around down. Elaine was an easy going and non fuss host. She made our stay very easy and her little dog "Teddy" was very cute and friendly.

Great location, close to the Main Street, but in a quiet area. It’s a classic and beautiful house. The room is spacious and very clean. There’s wifi and Netflix. The host Elaine is very friendly and the breakfast she prepared for us is nice. Highly recommended!

Wedding anniversary
Beautiful century old home with spacious bedrooms and ensuite. Welcome mini bottle of champagne plus port for a night cap. The lounge was lovingly set up for Christmas. Our hostess prepared a delicious hot breakfast with fresh fruit and yoghurt served in our room ( due to CV-19) unable to dine in the dining room. Walking distance to Main Street Beechworth. Relax and enjoy your stay in this lovely B&B.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at The Graces. We were greeted warmly by our host who showed us through the property, took our order for our first breakfast and then presented us with home made Florentines, Port and bubbles!

The accommodation at The graces is beautiful. It is elegant , comfortable, and luxurious. Elaine, the owner, is wonderful. She provided the most scrumptious breakfast in the most elegant setting With the most beautiful dinnerware and silverware. We felt like a king and queen. Lovely return visit to The Graces, both stays were excellent. Rooms are beautifully furnished , quiet and comfortable, very nice extra touches . The breakfast was delicious, very helpful local tips provided for dinner and things to do and see. Highly recommended !

Disappointing.
Disappointing as there was confusion over my booking ( 2 rooms) and the actual existence of rooms booked. No one at premises when we arrived and no answer on either of the advertised phone numbers. Would have liked a warm welcome and perhaps we could have sorted things out. The premises has changed hands in recent times. We moved hotels.

Worth a visit
Gorgeous place in an historic pretty town. Elaine was a fountain of knowledge and a fabulous host, everything was thought of to make our stay enjoyable and easy, even rcommending a place to stop for lunch on the way back to Sydney which was also very good.
