"To be fair, this once elegant property is in a great location and the breakfast buffet & morning restaurant staff were excellent. Also, we were there in the middle of a severe heat wave, so staff and systems were strained to the max. Housekeeping staff were VERY NICE, but Front Desk - not so much. Our room's A/C fan was on maximum and it simply wasn't able to keep up. By Day2 of our stay, water began dripping from the ceiling steadily - we had to physically move our bed away from it.
